When using ‘sphere’ on Microsoft HoloLens, a combination of gaze (head movement) and gesture control is used for navigating within the application:
Selecting a button / hologram: gazing on the button / hologram and performing tap gesture
Scribbling & erasing: gazing and performing drag gesture in any direction (tap, hold and hand movement)
Scrolling through a panel: gazing on the panel and performing drag gesture vertically
Moving a hologram: gazing and performing drag gesture in any direction
Rotating a hologram: gazing and performing drag gesture horizontally or vertically
Scaling a hologram: gazing and performing drag gesture diagonally
Cutting a hologram: gazing and performing drag gesture vertically
Deleting a hologram: gazing and holding
