Selecting a Workflow & Workorder

After selecting Task from the sphere LITE lobby, you will arrive at the Workflow selection page which looks like the screen below. Here you can select the Workflow or Workorder that you would like to execute.

There are a few areas of interest:

Search Bar

Workflows and Workorders can be searched by title name. If any tags have been attached to the Workflow, these will also show up in search results.

Selection List

The selection list consists of all the Workflows that are available to the logged in user. Users can only see the items that they have been given permission to, based on their role status and that particular Workflow/Workorder visibility.

Workorders are marked with an additional orange box around their icon and contain the required completion date information. Workorders will show up first in the list, sorted according to their completion date followed by the Workflows in alphabetical order.

Preview Window

When a Workflow or Workorder is selected, its details are shown in the preview pane to the right. Information includes:

• Title of the workflow

• Detailed description of the workflow

• Any tags that are assigned to the workflow

• Completion date information, if relevant
