Media & Hologram Manipulation

General

Any spawned media in holo|one sphere can be further interacted with and manipulated. Videos can be played, images can be annotated, PDFs can be navigated and much more.

There are several situations where the LITE user is connected to other users in a session, for example a remote expert call or a networked task session. In multi-user scenarios, any modifications made to holograms are synchronized across to all other users. Likewise, modifications that other users make to a hologram will also be synchronized for the LITE user.

In essence - all users in a session are viewing and modifying the same shared content in real time.

For all holograms, the media manipulation view consists of:

  • Content - The hologram itself in the center of the screen

  • Controls - A set of context specific controls for the hologram at the bottom of the screen. For more details, please see the respective sections below

  • Return button - Button (top left) to exit the manipulation view
