  • Ability to create holographic presentations

  • A presentation is a collection of phases. Each phase is defined by:

    • Duration

    • Holograms/Media items present

    • Change in position/rotation/scale/visibility of holograms

Known Issues (Coming Soon)

• Videos captured by the A3 and A6 client devices do not contain audio

• Videos captured by the A6 client will not be previewed on device correctly. A single frame will be shown and the audio will play correctly. When uploaded to the cloud service, the video playback is correct.

• Audio clips captured by A6 headsets during a remote assistance call are not possible. Clips are replaced by silent placeholders.

• Videos captured by a HoloLens 2 during a remote expert workflow cannot be previewed by IOS devices

• LITE users that spawn workflow attachments during a networked task session with MR users will spawn the hologram independent of the workflow. It will not be automatically deleted when changing steps.

• Workorders that have been assigned to a specific user cannot be submitted by other users
